Cynthia Robins
Chief Executive Officer
Cynthia joined Corryong Health as CEO of Corryong Health in October 2025.
Cynthia was previously the Executive Director of Community Services at Echuca Regional Health, a position she occupied since September 2019 and where she operated as an affiliative, present and authentic leader driving staff engagement, satisfaction and performance in all contexts: natural disaster, pandemic and growth.
Cynthia has 30 years of nursing, research, executive and leadership experience across Victoria, New South Wales and the Northern Territory.
Sam Brown
Director of Nursing
Sam is the Director of Nursing at Corryong Health, bringing more than a decade of clinical and leadership experience with a strong commitment to excellence in rural and remote healthcare.
In her current role, Sam leads the strategic and operational direction of nursing services across the organisation. She is responsible for fostering high standards of clinical care, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting a culture of professional growth, collaboration, and accountability. Her leadership is focused on delivering safe, person-centred care while building a supportive and resilient nursing workforce.
Tegan Kissane
Director of Corporate Services
Tegan joined Corryong Health as Director of Corporate Services in November 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Sports Science) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), reflecting her strong academic background and diverse skill set. She moved from Western Australia, bringing a broad range of experience in leadership roles, including General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. Throughout her career, Tegan has successfully led teams in Allied Health, Client Services, and Human Resources, with a particular focus on streamlining processes to enhance organisational efficiency and service delivery.
