COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER (UNQUALIFIED)

About the Role:
We are seeking Community Support Workers (unqualified) to support clients and NDIS participants and their support networks to maintain independence, dignity, privacy and freedom of choice. Primarily the role is to provide care and support within the home and out in the community. This can include assisting with daily living activities, providing domestic assistance, access to and engagement in community, transport and other aspects of daily living.

About the Agency:
Corryong Health (CH) is a public sector agency and one of six multi-purpose services in Victoria. CH is funded by Commonwealth and Victorian State Government funding, and provides a broad range of hospital, residential aged care, medical and primary health and community support services. We provide services to the Corryong community and operate a Medical Clinic, Health and Fitness Centre and Retirement Village.
